When you order from Restoration Theory or one of our subbrands (Stikwood, Woodwol, Planklogic etc.), you are ordering directly from the manufacturer. This means we don’t answer to anyone but you. Our only goal is that you have a good experience and your space turns out exactly as you envisioned.

Return & Exchange Policy*

  • Return & Exchange requests must be done within 30 days from of the receipt of the material. At time of delivery we urge our customers to inspect material against the approved control sample and contact the rep immediately if they have any issue with the material whatsoever PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  • For perceived mis-grade, damaged, or incorrect material received-The case must be presented prior to installation to qualify for an exchange. Once the material is cut, used, or installed it is nonrefundable or exchangeable.
  • The customer is required to cover the applicable Shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee for all returns of material that qualify for a return.
  • Material must be returned in the same condition it was received, unused, in it’s original box, and undamaged. All return/exchange material will be inspected at time of receipt by Restoration Theory.
  • Restoration Theory will replace or refund any mis-grade or incorrect product that was received.
  • After 30 days from receipt of the material all approved returns will be in the form of a credit to be applied to future orders. Credit will exclude the aforementioned shipping cost and 15% restocking fee which still applies.
  • Tools, trim, and accessories are non-returnable.
  • Orders of Custom material, including but not limited to, custom cuts, Splash safe treatment, and custom colors are not eligible for returns. Fire Treatment material may be returned for a refund but the refund will be less the cost of the fire treatment charge.
  • When exchanging for a different product, of a higher priced, RT will bill for the difference. Conversely, for exchanges of a lower priced product, we will refund the difference.

Any requests for returns or exchanges outside of this list can be presented to Restoration Theory for consideration.
